The Need
Codiant.AI recognized a pressing challenge in the healthcare landscape: clinicians were dedicating a disproportionate amount of time to documentation rather than focusing on patient care. Traditional transcription solutions fell short in contextual accuracy, flexible formatting & enterprise-level security. This resulted in mental fatigue, delayed data entry & inconsistencies in medical records. Understanding these issues Codiant.AI set out to build an intelligent, secure & scalable AI scribe that could do more than just transcribe – it would contextually organize, personalize & simplify the entire clinical documentation process.
